Adults Serving A Purpose

A.S.A.P is an organization of Allen's members that serve a purpose both in the church and the Rockford community. Throughout the year A.S.A.P hosts many events. In the middle of summer, “Thanksgiving in July”, is a wonderful time to enjoy turkey and dressing and all the trimming of a holiday dinner in July. On October 31^st, A.S.A.P hosts a Hallelujah Party (alternative to Halloween) for children of all ages to dress up and receive some special treats in a safe wholesome environment. Outside the walls of Allen Chapel, A.S.A.P volunteers at Rock House Kids and partners with Rockford Public School in the tutoring program. Frequently throughout the year, A.S.A.P hosts a game night at Allen Chapel for the serious gamers as well as the beginners, for fun fellowship.
